The Role:
Twenty20 is looking for Sr. Developer to flex their muscle on VholdR.com and VholdR Desktop, with a focus on CSS, XHTML, and JavaScript. Not only will you deliver a simple user experience on the front end, but add value to the rich internet applications we are secretly developing. We can't spell the entire role out in this posting or there would be no element of surprise to the rest of the world. Your Skills:

  • 5+ years web / interactive development experience
  • Demonstrated experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong design and UI understanding across multiple browsers and devices
  • Understanding of performance, memory, and browser compatibility
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience in a Unix environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Flash a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Plays well with others
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

User Experience Designer:

The Role:
We are looking for a UI Architect to bring our desktop and web platforms to life. This isn’t network software or a minor task on a huge project for a huge company. You will design the entire user experience, create interactive design mockups, establish and produce visual assets, and write behavioral documentation needed for proper design implementation. If you have a passion for clean design (make the experience easy), a track record of implementing effective user interfaces, and a drive to work hard, then please let us know who you are.

You know the routine. We'll give you the tools you need, the team, and the direction, then we'll all work together to deliver a true "click to share" experience.

Your Skills

  • BS or MS in Interaction Design, Cognitive Science (human factors), and/or Design.
  • +5 years of UI experience, preferably with web and desktop software
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio
  • Design and produce wire frames (proficiency in HTML and CSS a must)
  • Drupal and PHP experience is preferred

Director of Channel Marketing

Description:
VholdR is looking for a Director of Channel Marketing to continue the world wide launch of VholdR as the category leader for Wearable Camcorders. VholdR, a CES Innovations Award Winner, has simplified action video to wear, shoot, and share. The product has seen tremendous channel response and is now primed to be distributed on a worldwide basis, from specialty sports retailers to big box partners.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in consumer product marketing and communications. This is an opportunity to be a part of the VholdR growth from the beginning while working with a unique range or retailers from authentic action sports stores to international partners.

The Director of Channel Marketing will work with the sales team to create demand for the VholdR camera while driving the VholdR in-store experience on an international level. This person will provide marketing leadership to the entire sales organization including, sales reps, distributors, and retailers. This role drives the retail programs, co-op marketing plans, trainings, and merchandising plans. Contribution is expected on the channel strategy and making VholdR sales channels successful in selling the VholdR product line.

This isn’t another gadget; it’s the most innovative brand in video.

Location: Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:


  • Define, manage, and support the channel marketing plan
  • Set global marketing standards for retailers, distributors, and sales reps
  • Drive product packaging, in-store merchandising, and online presence
  • Work with the sales team on all channel marketing plans, including co-op, advertisements, and media.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of consumer product marketing
  • Experience working with a sales channel including, retailers and distributors
  • Understanding of marketing strategies to drive sales through mass retailers.
  • Have a high level of energy, passion for technology and be a strong communicator.
  • Excellent grammatical skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, are keys to success in this position.
  • Can roll up her/his sleeves and develop deep understanding of the product and market space enabling them to tackle issues and capitalize on opportunities at a rapid pace.
  • Someone who is comfortable directing and representing our brand on an international level including relationships with media, retailers, and sales-reps.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or business is preferred.

VholdR is looking for a Director of Community Marketing to encourage, enrich, and grow our community of VholdR.com members. VholdR.com is the easiest community to share action video with its seamless sharing experience from the VholdR Wearable Camcorder directly to the community.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in building and marketing online communities. This is an opportunity to be a part of the VholdR growth from the beginning while working with our users, online partners, media partners, and content providers. The Director of Channel Marketing will work with the development team to grow traffic and community involvement for VholdR.com to support the growth in videos shared on VholdR.com.

This isn’t another gadget; it’s a community passionate about sharing video of their adventures.

Location: Seattle, WA

  • Put VholdR video everywhere.
  • Get all the Point of View video enthusiasts sharing video on VholdR.com
  • Understanding of our users and where they spend time online
