There are a couple of ways to do this. First, you can search for the location. When you find a video that has the location section marked with your place of interest you can click on that city, state, or country and it will take you to a list of all the videos tagged with that location.

Or, if you are watching a video and you want to see videos from that area, you can click on the other flags on the map or the city, state, or country name.
