Hey Gang,
Another tip I'll post here. If you're having trouble getting a video to process one thing to check is the length.
Video processing time is calculated based upon the number of frames, so if you have a long video (even if it's small) it may timeout in our server.
As a rule of thumb, try to keep your videos under 12 minutes. If you have a longer video or edit, no worries, just clip it into segments and make yourself a little video series!
Thanks,
Nate

All the videos I made this afternoon were all well under 12 min, but I have 6 videos out of 14 that are actually processed.
Do I need to delete and share them again?
Ok I tried to delete one and now I can't share it again... Super software :/
Use the clipping feature to clip the video without taking any time off, that will make a new file that you can upload.
Uploaded about 20 2-3 min videos, all processing...
Lawnmower racing? For reals?
For real!
Looks like we had a little bug over the last few days that we just stomped out today. Give it another try guys and let me know if you're still having trouble. Also, if you are send me direct messages with a link to the video.
Thanks,
Nate
The videos finally got processed during the night, don't know how much time it took as I went to my page randomly the day after.
For the re-sharing thing, I had to put back the video file on the cam memory, re-import it with a new name so the soft doesn't see it'd been shared, and share again. Not really practicle, but worked.
I just moved it out of the directory, renamed it and moved it back in again and that worked for me, Thanks Nate and support team thanks for stomping out that bug, much appreciated.
I am now a happy camper :)
Downloaded from ContourHD into Easy Edit Software, used that footage and compiled it with iMovie into a 440MB file, moved the newly created movie into the VholdR directory and upload it then through the software. Update succeeded and is available, so at least now I know that everything is fine with the way I am planning on compiling my videos in future :D Also at least I know that I can upload 440MB - 500MB files and that wasn't the problem.
