your battery may not be seated all the way down? push down on the battery and see if the charge light changes
ive tried pushing the battery right down and the light just stays the same. i think its a fault with the actual camera itself. david my helmet camera wont even turn on . it says its charging and all but it just wont turn on. ive tried turning it on while its charging but it just wont turn on.
i assume that youve held the button down for a few seconds (upto 5 secs) when turning on,as sometimes it can be a bit slow at booting up. if thats what youve been doing then email support and they will sort you out, also make sure that the record switch is fully back i.e. off as if it is forward it will boot up in firmware update mode and not function properly.
are you getting any beeps from the camera when trying to turn on?
