Sorry those lighting conditions look pretty tough. We can't do any adjustments on our end, you're going to have to drop it in an editor and bump up the brightness.
Cool vid though, light aside, it's a good watch.

Editing Program is your best bet, increase the expsoure 1/2stop & increase saturation/sharpness a couple steps, this will improve the videos quality immensely.
