I just went to Moab and captured no video. :(
I charged the camera fully before I left and each evening before going out, but in every case by the time I got to the trailhead the battery was totally dead.
If I pull the charged battery out, and insert it right before i need it, it seems fine, even days after the initial charge.
Should the battery be draining when the camera is off?
Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but the camera no longer shows up on the computer when I plug in the USB...I have to remove the microSD card and use it in a card reader.
Does the battery charge via USB?
Maybe try a different port/cable.
Hmm for the battery discharging completly is sort of odd. The camera itself shouldnt need a battery to keep settings as they are in the firmware and not in any memory of any sort that need constant power.
I would say connect support@vholdr.com ad they should sort you out.
