Support lead times (please read before posting)

Hey everyone,

I wanted to post a quick sticky that I'd like everyone to read before posting.

Our current call and email volumes have gone up dramatically as a result of the runaway success of ContourHD.

We understand that if you are one of the few who has a problem with your camera that it can be very frustrating. So first off I want to say if you are having a problem with your camera, then I'm sorry, that sucks, I'm sure you were excited to use it. Next, we really want to help you ASAP!

We really pride ourselves on doing our best to make our customers as happy as we can. And we are doing what we can to hire and train new support staff to lower the lead times on support cases. There will be a period where we are training these folks and things will be a bit slow before they pick back up. Please have patience and we WILL get back to you.

There, now you know the story. Our boys Nate and Brandon are working hard, so I'd really appreciate it if we could stay positive in the forums. If you feel like you have been missed please send me a direct message. Negative posts in the forums will be taken down.

Hey Gang,

We've added a new member to support, his name is Jared, if you get him say hello and be nice as he's just learning everything. He will be able to help you though, he's a pro and he's already been solving problems right and left.
