i am editing some footage shot in HD mode i am wondering whats the best settings to keep the quality very good but keep the size down in order to upload to the internet.

i tend to save mine as a wmv file at 6mbps 1280x720 at 30fps , this seems to produce the best results for this site and youtube. hope this helps :)

i just got around to doing this method and it works great. a huge decrease in the file size.
