G'day,
I live in Australia and my VholdR won't power up - closer inspection reveals the power button has disappeared.
Not sure if it has broken off & fallen inside, or if it has simply rotated a little.
VholdR should still be under warranty. Where can i send it to get it fixed ?

I saw that it was an Issue, Contact NholdR right away he should get you setup.

I have the same issue. Just messaged NholdR. Any way to turn it on without the little micro-button? Going to Vail tomorrow and really wanted to use it skiing. . .
Thanks for your help. I have sent the unit back & yesterday I recieved a replacement unit.
All in all, a fast, efficeient, hassle free service.
I will see about taking it out to Ayers Rock & across the Simpson Desert (if the flood levels drop !) in about a week.
