Tip 1: Use artifical fur of 1 cm2 to reduce windnoise on mic.
Tip 2: Use chewing gum to stick connector of safetyline to your helmet. Otherwise you will have loads of ticking...
Request:
Vholdr crew please make in your software the option to join clips into a movie. Movies are fun; clips are dull. And add option to export to a format which can be imported in iMovie in order to be able to really make interesting bits of movie.

Thanks for the feedback Kees, these are great additions to the list.

For iMovies I just resolved the issue by using MPEG-Streamclip. http://www.squared5.com/svideo...
The steps are:
1) download MPEG-Streamclip and place app in a folder
2) open your video file with the MPEG-Streamclip
3) Choose file to export as DV and your good to go once you import the movie into iMovie.
I just put up a post with two other methods of getting clips into iMovie as well. Thanks for adding a third to the list bgood. You can checkout the post here.

I just tried bgood188's method and no dice!!!
Once I export as DV, I save it to my desktop, open iMovie and then import the saved/converted DV clip... but the only thing I get is the audio.
Usually if you can only hear the audio and no video you will need to get a codec. Try downloading the xvid codec- that should do the trick! Also, check out the link that NholdR put up, it might be of help as well.
Yes, I confirm , with XVid codec installed, iMovie is able to import directly the avi film as a DV file in a DV project.
You need only a lot of space on your hard drive ;)
Here is the correct link to check out on how to import videos to iMovie:
