Description: Sarah and I training a new passenger on the back of Sean Bakken's F1 sidecar (Yellow 101) by playing a game of low-speed follow the leader. We run about 50% of our normal pace and Sean tails us while the Novice passenger on his sidecar watches my movements and hand instructions on timing, how to crouch, where to position themselves, reference points along the racetrack, etc...
