Description: This is me getting it wrong off a regular jump I know and dislocating my hip. The video has been clipped to 4mins however it did go on for 90mins capturing the rescure crew who then took me to hospital 2hrs later.Gas and morphine had NO effect. The pain was unbelieveable. Thanks to all involved who helped me!
