The frame/fork sliders completely saved the bike, save some scratches on the seat cowl. Sliders are definitely worth the money! My ass and leg were sore for a week, and my knee still hurts.
don't forget to put commas between your tags. Good vid though, you should think about clipping it in the software and posting a video of just the crash.
