Description: Video here is not important, listen to the audio. Never break the rules, always remove your hand from the throttle to clean goggles, remove bugs/dirt from your mouth, turn on your camera, etc... it does not matter how slow you are moving. I broke my own rule and lost 6+ weeks of riding. PS: I did break my wrist.
